Due Date Default Tomorrow
It would be nice if the default due date would be set to today or tomorrow. This would force the user to specify a date if not today and it saves time when adding a lot of tasks with unspecified due dates. In the current setting there is always a risk that an important task ends up in the pile at the end of your list because you forgot to specify the due date.
Would be even better if you can set your own default due date; always tomorrow / always today / always one week ahead / etc.
100% agree. We have Projects we use as "templates" as that is not a feature yet, each are only different based on the task assignee.
We work towards a single date for our projects therefor the project timeline is only the date of the event. Right now we manually have to set dates for task for every single project we create based off a specific date (most projects have about 72 tasks).
For every project our task due dates are always the same i.e. "always 2 days after", "always two weeks before", "always one month before", "always 5 days after", "always four weeks after" etc... all based off a singular day.
It would be BEYOND time saving, and a saving grace to have the task date be set automatically based one date (aka the event date) thus creating a more accurate and automatic project timeline
