A view for the workload of organizations
Our project managers often ask the question on what a person in our organization is working on and what to prioritise next. In the calendar we can see the tasks of a person that has a due date but there isn't any view of all the assigned task of a person. Basically it's the same functionality as "My Tasks" but for each persons of your team. The best would be to have this view on Overview to see all tasks across all teams.

It would be incredibly helpful if we could input a per-card Time estimate, and get a global view of Total estimated time assigned to each team member
Basecamp 3 does this pretty well, but I find that you don't always remember to look at it, even if you should ... would love to see what the getflow team can accomplish to surface critical info to managers and teams!

We have been using an "In Progress" tag as a part of our flow to show what people are actively working on. Right now, there's no way to remove it if you've completed the task. It'd be nice if we could edit a task without un-completing it, editing it, then re-completing it.
