Follow-up satisfaction surveys for tasks
We would like to have some sort of randomly generated email (or task to send such) to a person involved with the flow once completed.
Ex: The task assigned to me of 'replace John's computer' could either generate an email to John once completed, or prompt a task to send a survey to john. Once he fills in the survey, we could pull up the results and aggregate them with other results to see how well an employee is doing.
Very interesting. Seems to me like you’re looking to follow up with the people helped by the task to see how well it was done. Makes a lot of sense for when Flow is used as a ticketing system. This isn’t on our roadmap to improve, but we’ll keep an eye on this sort of request.
