Add Custom Fields to Tasks
I would LOVE to be able to add custom fields to task items so I can track: Set Budget, Estimated Time, Actual Time, Completed Date (to compare performance of team against Due Date, Team Rate ($), Invoice Rate ($), Proft/Loss, etc. Then also the ability to do simple equations (to calculate est time vs actual time, profit/loss, etc.
We don’t have any plans to do anything like this anytime soon, but we can certainly recognize its utility, especially if you could filter and sort by these values as well.
This feature will most likely keep us from using Flow - we'd like to use Flow to track new product development, and need to have selectable options for things like Flavor, Package, Size, etc (we manufacture food products). Without this it's impossible to keep things organized and correct.
Having Custom Fields on Tasks would make your platform much more useful and adoptable by software team looking to handle their agile and specifically SCRUM framework tasks. For example, a Custom Field on a Task could be "Product:" with a dropdown list of products so when entering a bug or feature request the non-tech could easily provide the additional info a developer would need to work on the task. Asana has this feature and it is sorely missed here.
Would be great to have this features! That can allow an Agencies to manage project from A to Z within Flow!

As a very 1st step it would be great to add a budget for a task. This would be very useful to prioritize a task/job based on its "worth"
