Wanted to let y’all know that some of our earliest efforts at addressing offline access are available in the new iOS app.
- The app is now accessible when offline
- You can now access tasks that have been downloaded when offline.
- You can create tasks when offline, and they’ll get synced when you’re back online.
The new app is a separate download from the old one, so you’ll need to either search for “Flow Tasks” or follow this link to get it:

@Ben I’m sorry you’re disappointed, that’s certainly not what we want. I completely understand why offline features like viewing and adding tasks is important to you. Like I said, we’ll look at ways we might be able to add features like those to our mobile apps, but I’m hesitant to make any promises before our team develops a clearer idea of what might be viable.
We do plan to allow for mass editing of tasks. It may take some time to get there, but we want to do it.Jake Paul commented
@Dan Bulk editing is planned, but in case it's not clear, it's also already possible to reschedule multiple tasks on the Calendar and in date-sorted lists by dragging them to a different day group, or dragging them onto a different day in the week view.
