To follow up from our export improvements, we’re planning to bring in better reporting features to help you understand what got done by whom (and when.) If you have a spare 5 minutes, could you share more about what you’d be looking for in this survey? http://goo.gl/forms/1Gvd874J74 Thanks!

And if it's in Gmail, then there's a handy URL to point to so that the relationship is birectional allowing you to access you email from Flow too which'd be handy.

This is something we plan to do. We’ll be starting by allowing Project subscription, to better follow the happenings in a single Project.

More power to the list I say.... Being able to replicate down from the list would be nice.

We don’t plan to prefix numbers in any task view, but the “List, manually” view maintains its sort. So if you need to see the project in sequence, that’s the way to go. Thanks for your suggestion!

Another way might be to have dependency between tasks - so that, say, the subsequent tasks are greyed out until such time as the current task is completed. Could be a special type of list - say, linear and non-linear or whatever.

Thanks for the suggestion, there are no plans to fix this currently, but we’ll watch this request and listen to other sources for this coming up again.

    Hi Luke,
I tend to use my mouse - have the lists appear just when clicking on a drop down indicator would probably suit me.
    Cheers

As cool as that would be, we don’t have plans to improve our Gmail integration in that way.

We are working towards creating a great way to plan your day. We see the need to be able to look through the tasks on your plate so that you know what’s next. You’ll be the first to know when we’re digging into the details.

This would be great - I often have to cycle through my calendar and flagged tasks to try and get through my actions. Or perhaps have the option of flagged items appearing in the calendar?

While we’re unsure about how to do that as well, with the release of our Public API soon after launch, I’m sure some talented developers will figure out ways to build support for this with their favourite web email clients.

    Ben commented  ·

    Oh no :(
Well, if there are any developers out there, I'd pay for something that provided this sort of functionality.

Excellent! Thanks for the quick response.

I'd like to be able to create and save filters - sort of like a "focus" area I guess. In this I could include things like dates due (what's due next), flagged or unflagged, people, groups etc.

    Cheers
    Ben
