We are planning to make it much easier to quickly enrich your tasks with details, directly from the task title input in the task form and quick task bar, using the same syntax we use with emailing tasks to Flow.

Yes, tags do appear but I can't filter using them. An example of how I might use this would be waiting in line. I know I have ten minutes. All my tasks are tagged with the amount of time it takes to complete them. I could filter by "ten minutes" and find something do-able in that space of time.

As far as I can see, on the iphone app for FLOW I can't search my tasks using tags as a filter criteria. This seriously affects my work because it is harder to find a small thing to do during those ten minute windows of time when I am waiting for something.

Wanted to let y’all know that some of our earliest efforts at addressing offline access are available in the new iOS app.

    - The app is now accessible when offline
    - You can now access tasks that have been downloaded when offline.
    - You can create tasks when offline, and they’ll get synced when you’re back online.

The new app is a separate download from the old one, so you’ll need to either search for “Flow Tasks” or follow this link to get it:

    https://itunes.apple.com/app/flow-tasks/id1434889263

    Cheers!

I know you said this isn't planned but it would be awesome. I am also sometimes separated from my beloved wifi!

We’re planning on allowing people to favorite tags, and perhaps even subscribe to tasks with a certain tag.

I agree with the posters comments. I currently have several groups with lists. Each item in a list has tags. Sometimes the tags span the lists. Currently I can go to a list and filter by tag but there's no place to see a master list of tags. If you are worried about clutter, why not just make it a tag icon that brings you to a list of tags, whereupon you can click and see all the tasks under that tag. That would be life changing for me! Currently I have to work around so many lists to find things.

We do plan to allow for mass editing of tasks. It may take some time to get there, but we want to do it.
