Wanted to let y’all know that some of our earliest efforts at addressing offline access are available in the new iOS app.
- The app is now accessible when offline
- You can now access tasks that have been downloaded when offline.
- You can create tasks when offline, and they’ll get synced when you’re back online.
The new app is a separate download from the old one, so you’ll need to either search for “Flow Tasks” or follow this link to get it:
Maybe instead having full features offline we could have some of them: only being able to create tasks for ourselves or someone else, take notes, view what is already there... and not comment in a task that already exist or delete one that has other people involved...
I believe this way it doesn't impact the syncing in a complex manner when we login again... ? It could be also a safe way to approach offline option without shaking the whole structure...
Best Thoughts and many thanks again for every update you have already made, we love Flow :)Anonymous supported this idea ·
This isn’t a planned feature at the moment, but we’ll definitely keep it in mind for future updates.
Thanks for the feedback! For the time being, Workspaces will remain as is but we are planning on reviewing the comments and feedback we’ve received about the new update and this will receive point will definitely receive some attention. We will keep you posted!Anonymous commented
Maybe this could solve the issue with notifications vanishing as soon as we arrived in the overview workspace...
