Wanted to let y’all know that some of our earliest efforts at addressing offline access are available in the new iOS app.
- The app is now accessible when offline
- You can now access tasks that have been downloaded when offline.
- You can create tasks when offline, and they’ll get synced when you’re back online.
The new app is a separate download from the old one, so you’ll need to either search for “Flow Tasks” or follow this link to get it:
I'm starting to have to get in the habit of writing comments in gmail so that I have an automatically saved every 1/nth of a second backup. That SHOULD be in app. Hell, even when I use basic webforms (like this one) if the internet goes down it simply won't let me submit the form. It doesn't send the data into the ether.Jen commented
What I really love is when I've written a long comment, the internet connection is down for whatever reason and I have not noticed, I hit submit and then it's lost forever.
Please fix. It's like for every 40% increase in productivity I lose at least a few minutes off my life every week over the stress of lost data.
